Dr Ateksha Bhardwaj Khanna did her Bachelors of Dental Surgery from Jaipur Dental College, Rajasthan University and internship from Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, University of Delhi, India. She went on to do her residency in Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital; New Delhi. Thereafter she moved to London, UK and after successfully clearing the overseas registration examination got registered with General Dental council giving her the opportunity to practice dentistry in United Kingdom. She worked as a consultant with Smiledent Practice and Southfields Practice both situated in London. While working in England she gained competence to produce high quality dentistry in a proficient and ethical manner. She has done her Masters in Endodontics from King’s College London which further honed her skills with advanced techniques to enable her to manage complex endodontic cases. Dr Ateksha has to her credit memberships of the Joint Dental Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Scotland). She has a special interest in Aesthetic Dentistry and has undergone certification courses on restorations with optimum aesthetic value from King’s College London and has won the Clinical Excellence award in the field of Aesthetic Dentistry. She has also been trained in implant dentistry besides being well versed with the protocols of infection control, basic life support and management of medical emergencies.
