Dr S. V. Kotwal has extensive experience in all branches of Urology and has performed one of the largest personal series of PCNL in North India (nearly 4000) and 300 renal transplants. He pioneered microsurgery in the Armed Forces and has vast experience of Uro-Oncology and Paediatric Urology. His work in Endo-Urology and Vascular reconstructions has won him international acclaim. He has performed several complicated genito-urinary reconstructive operations including the very recent ‘sex change’ or sex reassignment surgery.
