He is available for consultations from Monday to Friday at Meerut, Saturday and Sunday at Jay Pee Hospital Noida. Dr Garg had done his MS. (Orhopaedics) from M.L.B. Medical College, Jhansi in 1984. He has attended many national and international confrences and has delivered orthopedic lectures at state national and international level. He keeps himself actively updated in the latest trends in joint replacement surgery and travels extensively to study any breakthroughs in the field.
